Do you need an end of life doula?

There is no "Need" per se, it is more a personal choice. End of Life Doulas are a caring resource for families who may be overwhelmed and grieving at the impending death of a loved one. They are a calming and reassuring presence with expertise of the death process. End-of-life doulas provide a range of services to help with the process of dying, but their primary role is to be a steady, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reassuring presence during a very emotional moment. Do you need one? Personally, I say that everyone needs a village for hard times - but depending on your relationship with grief, you may not. I always suggest looking deep within to see why you may recoil or dismiss the idea. Is it about control? Is it about appearances? What is the key reason you deny yourself help that can deeply impact the rest of your life? Contact me for a consult. You have nothing to lose. ❤️

I read the post about whether you need an end-of-life doula and it explained in clear, gentle ways how these caregivers can support people and families through difficult moments with comfort and guidance. When I was really overwhelmed with essays and deadlines last semester I even used university assignment help because I had so many projects due at the same time and needed extra support to finish on time. That busy period taught me to plan ahead and ask for help when I need it.
