Supportive, one-on-one grief coaching and trusted resources for anyone navigating loss or anticipatory grief.

⏱ 1 hr - 📍 End of Life

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline or a set of stages. It can begin long before a death, as we watch someone we love decline, and continue in waves long after. It can show up as sadness, anger, numbness, guilt, or exhaustion, and often at the moments we least expect.

Grief Coaching offers a safe, understanding space to talk about your loss and what you’re carrying. Together, we explore what grief looks like for you, honor your loved one, and find practical ways to care for yourself as you adjust to life after loss. Sessions may also address anticipatory grief, caregiver burnout, or the grief that comes with a diagnosis.

Along with one-on-one support, I share trusted resources such as books, support groups, remembrance practices, and community services, so you have support beyond our sessions.

Grief coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you’re struggling with depression, trauma, or thoughts of self-harm, I will help connect you with a licensed counselor or appropriate professional.

Ideal for:

  • Anyone grieving the death of a loved one
  • Caregivers experiencing anticipatory grief
  • Families supporting one another after a loss
  • People grieving a diagnosis, change, or non-death loss

Includes:

  • One-on-one grief coaching session
  • Space to share your story and your loved one’s story
  • Practical coping tools and self-care strategies
  • Remembrance and ritual ideas to honor your loved one
  • Curated grief resources, support groups, and referrals as needed
